Yes. you will need a permanent connection to the
internet. It is highly recommended you have an
ADSL Connection of at least 512kbs connection.

Which
Remote Control Software do you use.
We currently use Remote Control Software from
3am Labs call logmein IT Reach. This can be deployed
by Acitve Directory or manually installed from
an internet link. Once activated we can remotely
support the PC any time of the day (or Night)
as long as you have a permanant connection to
the Internet.
Logmein
uses 128 to 256 bit encryption to ensure your
network is secure.
The
cost of this software is $100 (approx £55)
per machine with considerable discounts available
for multiple PC's.
