Support is provided for Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP. Support is also provided to Windows 2000 Server (all versions) and Windows 2003 Server, A server product would count as 2 desktop products.

Example.
1 Server and 4 Desktops would be 6 PC'c if you wanted 6 hours support per month, the total would be £150 per month.

If you decided to pay for the year up front you would only pay for 10 months.
