Support contracts can be arrange, tailored for any
size of network.
Remote
support via email 24 hour response. On-site visits
and telephone support not included. We currently
use Remote Control Software for 3amLabs at a cost
of $100 (approx £55) for a 1 year licence
or $200 (approx £110) for a server licence.

telephone support is charged at £7.50 per
15 mins. On-Site visits can be arrange when necessary.
Support is provided for Windows 98SE, Windows
ME, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP. Support
is also provided to Windows 2000 Server (all versions)
and Windows 2003 Server, A server product would
count as 2 desktop products.
Example.
1 Server and 4 Desktops would be 6 PC'c if you
wanted 6 hours support per month, the total would
be £150 per month.

If you decided to pay for the year up front you
would only pay for 10 months.
